So the newest of news, I am near the end of my college adventure, which should mean that I should have some more time to craft.
What are her busy fingers doing now? Well I will list them out for you.
1. I have completed a crocheted "scrap" afghan. It is large, and heavy, and warm.
2. I am making a "scrap quilt". It truly is a scrap quilt. I'm cleaning out my scrap drawer and as long as I like how the piece looks surrounded by the other fabrics it gets added. There is absolutely no patter to this quilt, and it is being pieced together by hand.
3. I'm starting to take time for myself and am making various cloths, primarily dresses.
4. I still make individualized projects every year for Christmas. I am currently taking a break from that, it is the off-season after all.
5. I am piecing another quilt together by hand. It is already cut out and strung together, square by square.
6. Another quilt! This on I am quilting by hand. I believe I am the 4th generation to have this quilt top in their possession and I am finally finishing it. It's taken some time, but soon it shall be used and loved.
Other than that, there isn't much else. That really is a lot of hand work. It's kept me busy, I just haven't found time between everything else to put anything up about any of it.
Other projects come and go. A fix here, a patch there. But for now, that's all.
